The question of the century right now is, should I get the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask or Overtime Mask. Today, I hope to clarify whether or not you should get the Overtime Mask. Although I have heard great things about the Jet Lag Mask, I can’t give my opinion on it just yet because I haven’t tried it.
To start, I want to share with you a little bit about the product, before I dive into my personal review. The Overtime Mask is “packed with vitamins A, K and C, pumpkin exfoliates and hydrates skin for blinding brightness.” as per their website. It’s paraben free, cruelty free, sulfate free, vegan, and contains no synthetic dyes or fragrances. You can find out more about their ingredients and what they do for you skin here on their website.
I got the Overtime Mask because I was looking for a good exfoliating product. My skin can often appear just as tired as I am, dull, and clogged. I liked that this product had ingredients that were good for my skin and appeared to have the exfoliating properties I was looking for in a product.
While I was, at first, intimidated by the cult following of Summer Fridays, I knew I wanted to jump onboard to see what all the hype was about. The first time I used the Overtime Mask, I was just blown away. I immediately saw brighter and softened skin. Now, I used this mask 1-2 times a week.
How I Use: After cleansing my skin with a gentle cleanser, I pat dry. On dry skin I take a a generous amount of product on my fingertips and carefully massage it into my skin (minus the eye area). Then I let the product sit for about 10 minutes and wash it off with warm water.
My Final Review: If you are looking for an exfoliating product that will brighten, unclog, and soften the skin, this is for you! I absolutely am in love with the Overtime Mask! I noticed immediate results after use. It gave me that renewed glow I was looking for. If you would like to try the Overtime Mask you can SHOP IT HERE.
