Tiered Olive Dress

Outfit Details: Chicwish dress c/o (similar, cute option, another cute option), Vince Camuto sandals, Brixton hat

I’m just going to say it right now, THIS is my favorite summer dress that I’ve worn up until this point. That’s saying a lot, because I adore dresses, especially summer dresses. I wore it to my younger sister’s dance recital and had THE MOST compliments on it, and when I posted a quick pic on my IG Stories I had so many questions about it! I felt like this dress was pretty true to size. Because there is only 2 sizes left, I also linked a couple similar options. I loved that it would pair so perfectly with sandals or wedges! Add a hat, or loose waves, or even a topknot! Endless possibilities for this dress!

Orlando Weekend Getaway

Outfit Details: F21 swimsuit, F21 sarong (similar), Brixton hat

Orlando is a magical city. It’s filled with wonder and awe almost anywhere you look. Maybe it’s because Cinderella’s castle is at the center of it all, or maybe because it’s filled with so much joy! It’s just a short drive from Tampa to Orlando, but I don’t often get the pleasure of visiting, although I wish I could. This past weekend I went for a quick weekend getaway and it was nothing short of an amazing experience!

Where we stayed:

Wyndham Orlando Resort: I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to where I stay on trips. I always do my research ahead of time to make sure it’s a clean, and safe environment. Walking in to the Wyndham Orlando Resort’s lobby to check in and I already knew it was both clean, safe and not to mention, chic! I always love a nicely decorated place! The service was exceptional, and the staff was just so nice. It’s a pretty big resort, but it all centers around the pools! I loved that the grounds were neat and tidy and the pools were crisp and clear. I also have to mention that there is a Starbucks in the lobby-that’s always a plus for me as a coffee drinker! Onsite dinning includes Gatorville, which is poolside-you can sip on your tropical drink as you lounge next to the pool! Just steps away is the Cooper’s Hawk Winery which would be perfect for a date night! Our room had modern decor and the bed was very comfortable! The Wyndham Orlando Resort is right on international drive and is just a short drive to all of the theme parks. As of right now, you can save 30% off their Best Available Rate with NO minimum nights required by booking HERE.

Places to visit:

Universal CityWalk was just a short drive from our resort. We ventured around the shops and made our way over to the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. This was truly a delightful place filled with all of the delicious treats to cater to your sweet tooth. They do have dinning for brunch, lunch and dinner, but we just ventured over to get one of their famous milkshakes!  We got the red velvet and it was HEAVEN. It was also the size of my head, so Jacob and I shared it. This is definitely a place you have to visit when you make your next trip to Orlando!

ICON Orlando is just a skip and a hop away from the Wyndham Orlando Resort. Towering over Orlando is this 400ft tall observation wheel. In the observation cabins you can view all of Orlando. I’m sure it’s beautiful at any time of the day, but we went at night and it was breathtaking! The lights that lit up the city, and a display of colorful lights on the observation wheel were just magical. Just outside of the main attraction of the ICON is a lovely area of dinning, shopping, and admiring this iconic structure!

Thank you Wyndham Orlando Resort or sponsoring this post, and ICON Orlando for the complimentary tickets. All opinions are my own.

Bow Top + Wrap Skirt

Outfit Details: F21 top, F21 skirt, Lisi Lerch earrings c/o

Last week, I had the privilege of being able to the Adventure Island summer event. The park was closed, and we were able to walk around to see all that the park has to offer. Though is rained, we did enjoy some tropical drinks, and delicious food. The sun came out a little later in the evening, and we were able to enjoy the rest of the event out from under the shelter. I can’t say I chose the best outfit to wear on this rainy evening, but I couldn’t resist! I’m really into this bow crop top, and I just HAD to wear it. I paired it with a wrap skirt and heels. This is a really great outfit for a summer outing!

Styling A Denim Mini Skirt

Outfit Details: F21 skirt (option 1, option 2), Target top, Lisi Lerch earrings

I love a good “how to”, especially when it comes to style-“How to wear crop tops“, or “How to style a denim dress“. These posts give you inspiration on how to wear or style something, but today’s posts is very simple. I was going to do a “how to”, but a denim skirt doesn’t need any instruction. It’s easy and effortless-styling a denim skirt has endless possibilities! I highly recommend adding one to your wardrobe this summer. You’ll find that it’s your go-to piece, just like a pair of denim shorts.

Last weekend, I explored downtown Tampa. I’ve been making it my mission to explore my city, and dive into the local food, and scenery! Plus, the sun was FINALLY out after endless rainy days. For my summer outing I wore this palm print top, and my favorite denim skirt (which happens to be very affordable)!

Whimsical Summer Dress

Outfit Details: Elizabeth McKay dress c/o, ASOS flats, DOEN bag

Definitely inspired by Jackie O with this whimsical dress. It has those vintage, feminine vibes! I’ve always admired the lovely Jackie and her iconic style. This Elizabeth McKay dress is effortless and chic. I paired it with white flats, but it could be perfectly paired with heels! I strolled a charming garden before having to dodge the rain, but I’m thankful I was able to enjoy the outdoors a little bit. I love that I can wear this dress out for strolls in the garden, brunch with the girls, or even a party! Plus, it’s totally giving me those Southern Charm vibes!
