Southern Style + Shein Wishlist

Outfit Details: Shein Dress c/o, Shein bow top c/o

Two outfits in one post today! Between getting back from a whirlwind trip to Illinois for a family wedding, getting sick, having a late Mother’s Day girls night with my mom and sister, and the stresses of work, my content for this week was at a minimum. Thank you to my sister for at least getting a couple of shots in! I was so tired that I just decided to take a couple pictures of each look to create one post instead of two. So, it’s your lucky day!

Both of these looks are very southern in style. I’m obsessed with this seersucker bow top-the back makes me swoon! Can you believe that this top is only $18? This dress has the prettiest print for summer-I love the dainty flowers and it’s under $25! I took both of these items up to Illinois with me, but it ended up being rainy and a little too chilly, So, as soon as I got back to Florida I just couldn’t wait to style them!

As you may or may not know, I work with Shein here and there. While most of the items I wear from this site is gifted, I also love shopping on this site for great deals on current trends! I created a little wishlist slideshow below for you to see the things that I plan on ordering soon on my own! If you’re thinking about shopping on Shein, I would plan for it to be a couple weeks before you receive your items. I’ve never had any issues with them and I think they are a great company! Plus, you just can’t beat those prices!

Rose Print Peasant Dress

Outfit Details: Shein Dress c/o, Sam Edelman sandals, JADEtribe bag

This is one of those dresses I just wanted to stay in all day. It was comfy and relaxed and perfect for slipping on and running errands or dressing up and going out for dinner. I’m currently loving peasant styled items and this dress along with yesterday’s top were the perfect addition to my wardrobe! Since Jacob had been sick I decided to let him rest and captured these images inside the house. My pup Maylene always wants to be in the photos when I shoot near her-especially at home, so she jumped in for a few shots! We didn’t ask or bribe her to just quietly stand there, she such a mamma’s girl and love to be photographed!

Pink Lace

Outfit Details: Shein dress c/o, Steve Madden Heels, Rebecca Minkoff bag

Pink is still a trending color and it’s definitely not going anywhere fast. A lot of people have come around to loving the different shades of pink-even street style gals! I’ve always loved the color pink, I think I mentioned it before, but I totally blame my mom since it’s her favorite color!

You’ve probably noticed that I’ve been wearing pink often lately (seen here, here, here) and this dress is no exception. I was pulled in by the romantic lace and flirty sleeves-I think I found my Valentine’s Day dress!

Floral Print Dress

Outfit Details: Shein Dress c/o, Charming Charlie heels c/o (similar), GiGi New York clutch

Sometimes simplicity is key-I kept this entire look and feel very simple and classic.  I paired a floral print dress with scallop sandals and my GiGi New York Clutch. This dress would be so perfect for spring, but I’m thinking I may want to wear it out for Valentine’s Day! The fit and flare fit is my favorite style of dress and the knee length is so feminine-the under $30 is a great feature too! I couldn’t help but just get very excited for the upcoming Spring season when wearing the dress-the flowers remind of all the blooms around that time of year.

Valentines Day Posts:

Yesterday I shared a bunch of dresses that would be perfect for Valentine’s Day and all of them were under $100.

Last week I created a shopping post full of gift ideas for your sweetheart, galentine, or just for yourself!

Spring For Olive Green

Outfit Details: Shein top c/o, Similar denim, Clare V. bag. Dolve Vita boots

Olive green has always been a favorite color of mine to wear-it’s become a “neutral” for me because I feel like there are endless styling possibilities! I wore this look for a little trip to the fro-yo shop. Jacob and I like to grab a treat mid-week and a new spot just opened up near our house! The air is still cool and crisp since we had a little cold front come through over the week. I’m still on board with the flare sleeves, and couldn’t resist this under $25 cutie!
