A Pink Moment

Oufit Details: Shein coat c/o, Banana Republic top (similar), Rag & Bone denim, Unisa heels

There’s no denying that I love the color pink. I love just about every shade of this beautiful color-It’s romantic, feminine, and super chic! Let’s walk down a pink memory lane-pink velvet dress, my birthday dress, winter blush outfit, pink lace dress, pink off the shoulder, pink trench coat, pink ruffle dress.  Not that I’m trying to prove a point here, but I think it’s very clear my closet is filled with a lot of pink! I have no shame. I just added the prettiest pink faux fur coat to my closet as well.

For a little stroll in the little historic city of Ybor, I wore this pink coat, pink scallop detailed top, and of course pink velvet heels. I guess you could say I was head to toe pink! I love mixing and matching different shades of pink, it adds dimension to a monochromatic look! Don’t be afraid to mix and match different shades of any color!

Activewear For The New Year

It’s that time of the year that we refresh our goals, plans and start a fresh slate for our upcoming year. Some of us refresh our closet, the way we eat, or exercise! It’s time to also refresh and update our activewear, don’t you think? For me, I need to be completely motivated to workout. I don’t have this innate want to exercise, so to start this year and build a healthy, body, mind and soul, I have treated myself to some new activewear pieces. I also have my eye on some of the sneakers listed in this post. Stay motivated with your fitness goals this year with new activewear! I’m sharing some of my key pieces of activewear below:

Tulle Skirt + Cozy Sweater

Outfit Details: Chicwish sweater c/o , Francesca’s skirt, DSW heels, Rebecca Minkoff bag

Yesterday on A Daydream Love, I talked about my top two 2018 resolutions. I’ve started with doing full body pilates workouts for beginners to learn the proper moves and to build up my strength. We all have to start somewhere right? I’ll be sharing the workouts that I find on my Twitter, so if you are interested, feel free to follow along! In order to build my mind, I’ve really been diving in to some research and I’m learning all about business and tools for success. As for building my soul, I think I’ll taking a warm bubble bath and just spend some time relaxing. Each week will be either a continuation or I’ll find something new. As I find inspiration on building a stronger body, mind and soul, I will let you know!

I’ve been bundled up like it’s in the negative digits, but let me tell you 40 degrees and under for Florida is absolutely FREEZING, like it might as well just snow! I don’t want to come out of my  warm shell AKA my bed! However, I can’t stay in there forever. I needed something pretty and warm to wear this week, so I paired this extremely comfortable sweater with a tulle skirt! This embroidered sweater has a chunky fit, but it’s oh so cozy! It would pair great with a pair of jeans and boots too!

Blushing For 2018

Outfit Details: Chicwish top c/o, Old Navy pants, Similar coat, Halogen shoes, Chloe bag

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but MERRY CHRISTMAS! It’s finally here, and I’m so excited! I hope that you all have a blessed, merry and happy Christmas. We will be having a vert busy weekend, and I know a lot of you all are too. We plan to jump around between families, and friends as we celebrate! Stay safe, and enjoy this wonderful time of year! One of the biggest colors of this year was PINK! Of course, it stuck huge in every department, accessories, clothing, restaurants etc… I don’t plan on keeping this trend in 2017, I’m filing my wardrobe with more blush tones. It’s become more like a neutral to me now, I find some many ways to mix and match with blush tones!

Light Layering

Outfit Details: H&M top, H&M sweater, H&M jeans, Chloe bag

Florida gets chilly, and our temps right now feel pretty cool in the morning and afternoon! I’ve been doing a lot of light layering lately to combat the chilly air, but to also be able to handle the warmer days. In today’s look I layering a light pink sweater, over a classic denim on denim look. I ended up taking the pink sweater off to wear just the denim on denim look for a party later that evening. This is a perfect look for Christmas activities, or a casual night of Christmas shopping. Speaking of, I really need to to do. Who else has a lot of Christmas shopping left to do?
