Gingham

Gingham + Lace

Outfit Details: Chicwish dress c/o, Sole Society espadrilles (similar), Indigo Lavender bag (larger version)

I was so honored to be nominated as best local blogger in Tampa, Fl this year! I was shown an overwhelming amount of love and support from you and my community! About two weeks ago, the award ceremony was held during Social Media Day Tampa and I wore this look out for the night!

This dress is perfect for a lot of occasions-date night, girls night out, shopping trips and dinner dates! It’s flirty and totally chic! The dainty floral lace just compliments the gingham and sets this dress apart from any other gingham dress. I casually paired it with my little round bag and my espadrille platforms!

Gingham Mini Dress

Outfit Details: Express dress (almost identical, more linked below), Steven sandals, Chloe bag

I have worn this dress twice now, once for a dinner date, and this past weekend I wore it out with my sister for a little shopping (mainly at the grocery store). It’s lightweight and I love the tie strap! Since this dress only has a few sizes left, I have included more gingham dress in the slide, but I also found this one to be almost identical with more sizes and under $60!

My sister and I are getting ready for a girls trip to Orlando this week! We will be attending the Blogher conference and we couldn’t be more excited! If you are going to be there I would love to say hi! I’m so excited to learn and grow in my career! I cannot wait to meet other girls and have fun!

Gingham Print For Summer

Gingham is such a classic print-I know summer is in the air when gingham pieces start arriving-especially the adorable gingham swimsuits! After seeing a couple I absolutely loved, I knew I just had to share them with you! I’m currently loving the the cute gingham flats, hair tie and one piece swimsuit! Shop the images in the slideshow below!

Gingham Skirt

Outfit Details: ASOS skirt (under $50), New Look dress (options linked below), ASOS flats (under $40), Cult Gaia bag

After a full weekend, I’m bringing today’s post to you sponsored by coffee. However, I’m so proud to announce that I became an aunt for the first time to the sweetest baby girl! My brother had his first baby over the weekend-I had stayed up for a total of 24 hours and took a two hour nap before finishing up another day (I can’t imagine how my brother or sister-in-law must feel!). I had plans to wear this out for Easter Sunday, but when my niece came into the world we decided to just spend some down time as a family.

I paired this midi gingham skirt (under $50) with a dress and the cutest embroidered flats! I loved this shirtdress so much with the flare sleeve that I wanted to wear it as a top-it’s a great layering piece for belts, jackets and skirts! I found a very similar top here and a dress option here.
