Fall

Watercolor Fall Dress

Outfit Details: Chicwish dress c/o , Who What Wear flats, Rebecca Minkoff bag, Gorjana hoops c/o

This watercolor dress is definitely swoon worthy. It’s so romantic with the flare sleeves and the light flower pattern. I imagined this dress paired two ways, with OTK suede boots and with flats. When I decided to style this dress for a lunch outing to bartaco with my sister, I decided to go with the flats due to the the warmer weather. I’m already looking for another chance to wear this dress and pair it with my boots! I really enjoyed a lunch date with my sister (find her bake shop here). While it was more of a work outing, we had fun walking around local shops and having a little bit of hangout time.

One trend that I want to touch on is the “hoop earring” trend. Have you seen hoops make a bit of a comeback lately? They never really went out of style, but they are showing more of a priority when it come to accessorizing and I found a perfect pair. The Gorjana hoops that I’m wearing are so delicate and can compliment any outfit! They are very light and comfortable to wear.

Burgundy Dress

Outfit Details: H&M dress, MIA heels (similar), Louise et Cie bag, Gorjana collar c/o

We are mid October now and I’m starting to really dive into everything pumpkin spice and fall related. This past weekend we visited our local pumpkin patch and festival. Now, I just want to find more fall activities to enjoy this season because I know it all goes so fast. Another thing I’m loving this fall season is trying new colors that I wouldn’t normally try, the first was the color mustard and now I’m falling in love with burgundy, a color I didn’t know if I would like or not. I’ve accessorized with burgundy pieces in the past, but I was ready to take the color all in with this beautiful dress! I styled this dress with a pair of leopard print heels, matching burgundy bag and gorgeous Gorjana collar necklace!

Little White Eyelet Dress

Outfit Details: Shein dress c/o, Target flats (old, similar pair), Cult Gaia bag

I had this mentality that I was going to be wearing cute sweaters during our visit in Charleston, and I did for the first couple of days! Then they said we would be having unusual humidity-a little heartbreaking. I’m so glad I decided to pack this little white eyelet dress though! It was perfect for exploring the historic downtown area. I paired this dress with leopard flats to give it a little bit of a fall flare. Wouldn’t you know it, I had people from all around the city stop and tell me how cute this dress was which really repaired my heartbreak! I hope you enjoy not only my outfit, but the a little bit of the sites around Charleston!

Metallics Aren’t Just For New Years

Outfit Details: Shein top c/o, F21 skirt (last year buy, more linked below), Misguided heels

No they aren’t…wear this standout trend starting now and then keep it in your closet for New Year’s! Last year, the metallic skirt came in screaming for the New year’s holiday, but don’t just save it for that one particular day this year, wear it to work, parties, and other events in the fall! I snagged this skirt last year (see here on A Daydream Love), but I’ve linked several more budget friendly items below.

You may remember this top from an IG post from the week (see here on IG)-it’s $14, and I’m obsessed with the flowy feel. You can tie it in the front, back, or create your own look! I turned this top into a bit of a crop top by crisscrossing the ties in the back and knotting it in the front!

Embroidered Maxi Dress

Outfit Details: Chicwish dress c/o , Schultz booties c/o (similar on sale), J.Mclaughlin bag

I feel such romantic and western vibes with this look. I had actually planned to wear this dress in the summer, but ended up wearing now (in the fall). So, I decided to put some fall touches into this look with the booties-it really just adds a warmer feel. The embroidered detailing is so beautiful and the little pom pom trim is just something you can’t resist! This is a “maxi” dress, but I feel like it fits more like a midi and I’m 5’3″! I love that it shows a little ankle, so it’s a perfect length to pair with boots for the fall! I’ve seen this dress with wedges/heels and it really spices up the romantic vibes!
