Outfit Details: Fab’rik matching set c/o, Baublebar earrings, Mar Y Sol tote
“What do you want to do today”-the question my husband asked me everyday of our vacation. When you don’t pre-plan the itinerary for your vacation this question may come up for you too. While I’m a major planner, on vacation I take time to just go with the flow and that’s exactly what we did in Key West-on one of the days it just led us from one stop to the next! So, today’s post is how to spend just one day in Key West. I’ve also teamed up with Fab’rik for the outfit-check out more of their spring arrivals on their Instagram where you can shop directly!
Our one day (out of 4) consisted of renting bikes and riding around town all day- stopping at the local beaches to watch the waves crash over the sea wall, grabbing lunch (and also dinner) at a little shack on the side of the road (had the best mac and cheese), treated ourselves to key lime pie on a stick from Kermit’s ( so so good) mid-day and then stopped into some shops as we rode around town. That afternoon Jacob surprised me by taking me out on a sunset cruise and I highly recommend doing this adventure. It’s two hours, which is perfect timing to enjoy being on the water, and watching the sunset. They also offer wine, drinks and little bites as you set sail. After our cruise the Key West nightlife started up-it get’s a little crazy when the sun goes down, but the town really lights up with music! We went to a couple of places to end our fun day then made our way back to the hotel. Overall, this day was not only my favorite, but also left me with perfect and unforgettable memories-you can see these amazing moments through the pictures in today’s post.
This entire day was spent in the most adorable Fab’rik two piece set. I had the most compliments on it and it was so perfect for withstanding the warmer weather. I highlighted the outfit with a pop of yellow earrings and a straw bag. Learn more about Fab’rik and what they offer in this post on A Daydream Love!
